Key components of an epidemiologic investigation into a foodborne outbreak are covered from initiation of the investigation through implementation of control measures to mitigate future illnesses.

Target Audience

The intended audience includes Epidemiologists, Public Health Nurses, Environmental Health Specialists, Public Health Officials, laboratory personnel, and other personnel who identify, investigate, and implement control measures in response to a foodborne disease outbreak.
